- Review the existing website – or the specification, wireframes and designs if not yet launched
- Create a test plan listing all the functionality and elements to be tested
- Carry out testing and record results in our bug tracking software
- Any bugs reported will include a description of the bug, the URL where it was found, a screenshot and the priority level
- Once the testing is complete we provide a report detailing what has been tested and what has been found
- The report and access to bugs is provided through our client area
- We retest all issues fixed including whether the bug fixes have had an impact on any other functionality
