Almost every website and most web applications use responsive layouts, which adapt based on the screen size or the viewport of the device being used to view the site.
We test across a range of devices from smartphones, different sized tablets, laptops, all the way up to large desktop monitors to make sure the layouts work correctly across all major screen sizes and breakpoints, in both portrait and landscape orientation.
Additionally, we test any elements designed (or not designed) for touchscreen devices including sliders, carousels, tap vs hover and anything that may cause a problem for a touchscreen user.
