WebDepend were asked by VOA to provide advanced monitoring of specific user journeys throughout 5 separate web applications plus the main VOA website and send alerts if an outage was encountered or if performance dropped below a certain level.
To aid us in providing this service, we turned to our partners, Nimsoft Cloud Monitoring, who have a monitoring infrastructure comprising of 62 worldwide monitoring stations.
Using Nimsoft’s monitoring infrastructure, we combined the user journey monitoring scripts produced by us and are able to reliably report on performance for each web application plus send alerts direct to VOA.
