Many of our clients build websites, mobile apps and software using an Agile development process, usually Scrum. We can adapt a program of testing to test within sprints and can also attend sprint ceremonies for sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
Working within sprints, attending the sprint ceremonies means we can work very closely with designers, developers, engineers and the product owner and be embedded within the team.
Agile Testing works very well as part of an ongoing
retained service or in an
on demand configuration but can also be built into QA for
individual projects.
